These terms cover your use of this website and your purchases from Slow Sunday Tees ("we", "us"). By browsing or ordering you agree to them. We keep them short and plain.

Who we are

Slow Sunday Tees is a small independent shop based in Michigan, USA. You can reach us through our contact page.

How our products are made

Every design is an original Slow Sunday Tees design. We come up with the ideas and the words, create the artwork with the help of AI tools under our own creative direction, then edit, typeset and finalise each design ourselves. Items are printed to order by our production partner (through Printify and its print providers) and shipped to you; our tees are printed in the United States. Our products are not handmade.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout, with any tax, is the price you pay.
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We can cancel and refund an order we can't fulfil, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
Please check your size, colour, design, any personalised text and your shipping address before paying. See our shipping and refund policies for what happens if something goes wrong.

Colours and sizing

Screens vary, and garment-dyed fabrics vary slightly from batch to batch. Photos are a guide to the look, not an exact colour match. Size charts are on each product page.

Our designs and content

The designs, photos, text and other content on this site belong to Slow Sunday Tees. You may buy and wear our products. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or reuse our designs or content without our written permission. The names and trademarks of others that appear anywhere on this site belong to their owners.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or misuse it, and don't use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

Limits on our responsibility

We do our best to describe and deliver products accurately. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
