Returns and refunds

Everything at Slow Sunday Tees is printed to order, just for you. That means we can't resell a returned item, so we don't take change-of-mind returns. We do make it right, fast, if something is wrong with what you received.

What we'll fix

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect or misprint, or isn't what you ordered (wrong item, size or design), tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the problem and your order number through our contact page. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to ship the item back. If several items share one design, one photo or short video of them together is enough.

What we can't take back

Returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, the colour looks different on your screen, or the size doesn't suit. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order; our tees are a relaxed fit.
Normal wear, washing the item against the care instructions, or damage after delivery.

Personalised items

Items with a name or text you chose (personalised mugs, ornaments and tees) are made only for you. They are covered for defects only: if it arrives damaged, or the print doesn't match the text you approved at checkout, we replace it or refund it. We can't replace an item because of a spelling mistake in the text you entered, so please check it before you pay.

How refunds work

Once we agree a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days. If you'd rather have a replacement, we reprint it and ship it free; it follows the same production and shipping times as a new order (see our shipping policy).

Changing or cancelling an order

Because printing starts quickly, contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't gone into production yet we'll change or cancel it. Once it's being printed we can't stop it. Please check your shipping address at checkout; if a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we can send it again once you cover the new shipping.
